Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Options
We offer reliable Australia-wide shipping with tracking included on all orders. Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier conditions.

Packaging
All fragrances are professionally decanted into brand new, sterile glass atomiser bottles. Each order is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit while maintaining a clean, luxury presentation.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. It is important that you are sure of your choice of fragrance upon purchase,  due to the nature of high standards around hygiene and quality with fragrances we are unable to exchange a fragrance because you dislike the scent. If you are unsure of a scent profile, it is recommended to purchase a small sample size from us to try the fragrance on skin before committing to a bigger size.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
 

Faulty Atomizers
If your atomizer is not functioning correctly, reach out to us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
