Yes. Every fragrance we offer is 100% authentic and sourced from original retail bottles produced by the brand. We do not sell replicas, inspired versions, or imitations, only real, genuine fragrances.

A decant is a smaller portion of a fragrance taken directly from the original bottle and transferred into a premium atomiser. It allows you to experience high-end scents without committing to a full bottle.

This depends on usage, but on average:

• 3ml provides approximately 35--40 sprays

• 5ml provides approximately 70–80 sprays

• 10ml provides approximately 120–160 sprays

• 30ml provides approximately 350--400 sprays
   

Never. All fragrance juices are completely untouched and undiluted. What you receive is the exact same liquid found in the original bottle.

Performance varies depending on the fragrance itself. Some are designed to be light and fresh (citrus, aquatic notes etc) while others are rich and long-lasting (Amber, Vanilla, Woods, Leather notes etc). We focus on offering well-performing, high-quality scents across all categories.

Orders are processed promptly and shipped within 1-2 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but tracking is provided for all orders and sent through the AusPost system. We are based in Sydney, NSW, so orders within the Sydney region and NSW may arrive quicker.

Fragrance performance can vary based on skin chemistry, hydration, weather, and application. Dry skin, for example, tends to reduce longevity, while moisturised skin helps hold scent longer. We stock fragrance layering lotions that assist in enhancing longevity and performance.

Yes. Since all decants are taken directly from the original bottle, the scent is identical in composition and quality.

Yes. We’re always open to expanding our collection based on demand and popularity of scents. Our team welcomes fragrance requests to ensure we are stocking what you desire, reach out anytime with the Fragrance name and brand and we will consider adding it to our collection.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there is a serious issue with your order (such as damages etc) we will always work with you to resolve it and you may be eligible for a partial or full refund if circumstances require it.

Each order is carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit while maintaining a clean, premium presentation that reflects the quality of the product. Every product such as collections & gift bundles has their own unique style of presentation and packaging.
